The human relationship with a dog can be considered an experience close to perfection. Who could ever imagine trying to change a dog into something it is not; like a horse or a cat or a fish. We live together in a place of pure acceptance. A dog is responsible for its half of the relationship and we are responsible for our half. When we come home, our dog barks at us, it wags its tail and it pants because it’s so happy to see us. We love our dog
unconditionally and we both do our parts perfectly.
I believe there is a powerful transformational quality in this kind of relationship and love. My blog will illustrate the power of unconditional love between a dog and its’ master by sharing stories of friendship and in some cases survival.
